About Dana

Dana Whitfield got into real estate answering phones and showing rentals for a leasing office in West Hollywood. She earned her license in her second year, took on small condo sales nobody else wanted and slowly moved up into single-family homes in the hills. Today she represents buyers and sellers on properties between $3M and $20M.

A typical week is split between pre-listing walkthroughs with stagers and photographers, private showings for pre-qualified buyers, and long phone calls with other agents about inspection results and credits. She prices conservatively on purpose, because she would rather field multiple offers than sit through price cuts, and she keeps a detailed file on every deal she has worked.

Dana hosts because most people only see the luxury market through photos and TV. She wants newer agents and curious buyers to see the paperwork, the disclosures and the negotiating that actually decide whether a deal closes.
