About this experience
Spend a working day alongside a luxury agent as she prepares a new listing, shows two homes to a qualified buyer and works through an active offer. You will see what the photos never show: the staging punch list, the disclosure packet and the phone calls that keep a deal alive.
Dana walks you through how she prices a home with few true comparables, how she reads a buyer’s agent, and how commissions actually split once brokerage fees and marketing costs come out. Bring questions; the car rides between showings are where most of the teaching happens.
