About this experience
Spend a Sunday running a broker-approved open house with Dana. You arrive before the stager finishes, help place the final pieces, set the lighting and build the sign-in and disclosure table so the house is ready when the doors open at noon.
During the open house you greet visitors beside Dana and learn how she separates serious buyers from neighbors and window shoppers in the first two minutes. Afterward you sort the sign-in sheet into follow-up tiers and draft the emails that go out that night.
