About this experience
A beginner-friendly class taught by Andre himself. You learn the basic positions of jiu-jitsu, including guard, mount, side control and back, and why each one matters. Then you drill two escapes and one simple submission slowly with a partner.
The last part of class is positional sparring at low intensity, where each round starts from a set position and ends when someone escapes or taps. Andre and a coach watch every pair. You can sit out any round, and everyone learns how and when to tap before starting.
