About this experience
After the lounge closes to the public, Victor walks you through the walk-in humidor and explains wrappers, fillers, humidity and what separates a well-made cigar from a bad one. You will watch a torcedor roll a cigar by hand.
Then you sit down for a guided pairing flight of three cigars with spirits or coffee, and Victor tells the story of opening a members-only lounge: licensing, lease fights, ventilation costs and building a membership that pays the rent.

Your curator
Victor Salazar learned to roll cigars from his grandfather in Little Havana and worked for a tobacco importer before opening his own lounge. His members-only room has about 250 members and a walk-in humidor stocked from small Caribbean and Central American factories. He hosts pairing nights every month.
