About this experience
This session is shorter and more focused than a full camp day. Darius runs a striking clinic on the pads: stance, jab, cross, hooks and kicks, then simple combinations and how to defend the counters that come back.
The second half moves to the film room. Darius pulls up footage of his own fights and a few regional bouts and shows how he and his coaches study an opponent: habits, favorite setups and what happens when they get tired. You then try to spot the same patterns on a fight he has not shown you yet.

Good to know
- Light contact only. Guests hit pads and do slow, controlled defense drills; there is no sparring.
- All guests sign a liability waiver and must be 18+.
- Bring athletic wear, a water bottle and a mouthguard if you have one.
- Tell the host about any injuries or medical conditions before booking.
